Aware Recovery Care (ARC) offers a holistic approach to treatment and changes the way clients receive care throughout the country. ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.

Position Summary:

The Regional Agency Director is responsible for overseeing all financial, marketing, operational and regulatory management of all multi-state agencies (MSA) operating within their regional territory. He/she will work collaboratively with various members of the Multi State Agency (MSA) leadership teams to ensure each agency meets the financial and operational performance metrics to measure achievement of organizational objectives. He/she will report the monthly and quarterly performance of service delivery to the appropriate corporate director or Vice President within the Operations, Behavioral Health, Medical, and Therapeutic Services departments.    

The Regional Agency Director will interface with Joint Commission and appropriate state agencies to ensure regulatory and licensure requirements are met and complete all necessary documentation. Activities include but are not limited to the empowerment and support of Directors of the ARC recovery program.

****This position is hybrid but does require about 50% travel******

****Salary range is $135k-145k****

Responsibilities

Management of administrative operations and personnel

Liaise with Multi State Agency (MSA) departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company wide operational performance, including ensuring appropriate labor allocation.

Evaluate and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization

Implementation of MSA KPI’s, including but not limited to labor allocation, client census and engagement, and staff retention

Quality Control and Data Analysis

Meet weekly and when necessary, with the VP of Operations to review and strategize daily activities as well as expansion development

Work with the Finance Department to implement MSA financial plans  

Work with the Human Resources Department to identify and hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs

Ensure the fidelity of the ARC program through oversight of MSA staff, utilizing Human Resources Department to assist in this effort

Work with the Business Development and Outreach team to assist in developing and maintaining key relationships for continued growth of the region

Ensure regulatory and licensure requirements are met and complete all necessary documentation

Facilitate leadership meetings

Interface with vendors and landlords on issues affecting day to day operations

Represent the agency at various press events or conferences

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned


Skills & Qualifications

Education in Business/Health Administration preferred (MPH, MBA)

BS, BA, MBA, LADC, LPC will be considered

Managerial Experience

Experience managing complex enterprise HR, finance, operations and strategies minimum of 6-years and possess outstanding organization skills

Ability to travel between regional sites 50% of the time

Experience within the field of substance abuse recovery and mental health; six (6) years

Educated understanding of substance abuse recovery including but not limited to Medication Assisted Treatment MAT), as well as knowledge of various pathways to recovery

Basic knowledge of the manner of navigating through insurance benefits
