· Collect and input demographic information from potential clients into CRM and EHR systems.
· Verify insurance coverage and eligibility using an electronic verification system.
· Assess treatment needs for unqualified leads and connect them with appropriate referrals.
· Document client characteristics, demographics, and any concerning behaviors.
· Forward relevant incoming leads to designated Admissions team members streamline the admissions process.
· Maintain proficiency in CRM and EHR software.
· Clearly explain service offerings and determine appropriate assessment pathways for clients.
· Document all communications and actions in relevant platforms.
· Meet call center metrics, including utilization rate, average handle time, after-call work time, and call volume.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Previous experience in a behavioral health setting.
· A minimum of two years in the substance use disorder field, particularly in assessing client appropriateness and treatment pathways.
· Experience with EHR and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
· Experience in a call center or related environment handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
SKILLS:
· Maintain a cooperative and positive attitude, approaching patients, colleagues, and family members with professionalism and warmth.
· Adhere to scheduled work hours and comply with state and federal regulations.
· Proficient in using electronic health records, phone systems, CRM software, and general office applications.

Position Highlights
- This role is remote with employees report to Wallingford, Connecticut.

- This role is full-time at 40 hours per week. Expected office hours are Sunday through Thursday, 9:30am to 6pm.
- Starting salary for this role is $34 - $45k annually, contingent on experience and education
