Aware Recovery Care (ARC) offers a holistic approach to treatment and changes the way clients receive care throughout the country. ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.
 
Position Summary:
The Director of Recovery Services oversees the Certified Recovery Advisor (CRA) Managers and CRA staff. A CRA is an exclusive position available within Aware Recovery Care. CRAs are a part of multidisciplinary Addiction Treatment team guiding and directing clients through an intensive In-Home Addiction Treatment program which provides services for up to a full year.

**Compensation is $90K*

**This role is based out of Connecticut or Rhode Island**

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:
Effective and efficient management CRA Managers and a team of CRAs.
Monitor CRA Clinical documentation in the EMR system.
Audit CRA weekly visit logs, mileage, and expenses.
Assign CRAs to new clients based on age, gender, location, and personal story match.
Serve as guidance for CRAs and mediators in situations of immediate need pertaining to clients.
Continued employee development and identification of staff training needs.
Work directly with Clinical Director for weekly Case Review.
Employee Supervision.
Will have direct oversight over the internal psychotherapy department within the region.
Strong leadership and communication qualities.

Skills & Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:
2 years of lived experience in continuous recovery from any Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or personal experience with addiction in family members or loved ones preferred
 
Education & Licensure:
LCSW, LMFT or PsyD
