Aware Recovery Care (ARC) offers a holistic approach to treatment and changes the way clients receive care throughout the country. ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.

Position Summary:
The Regional Agency Operations Manager is responsible for supporting Agency Operations. This newly created position will assist in supporting all agency operations and serve as an internal liaison collaborating with other operations leaders in admissions, business development, finance, business intelligence, clinical operations, compliance, and quality as it relates to the Agency’s financial, operations, clinical quality, and performance.   

Position Highlights:
  • Salary range for this position is 70k-85k per year based on experience/education etc. We are looking to hire at starting salary of 70k-75k per year. 
  • This is a hybrid position out of Concord, MA

Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: 
 
  • Leads and participates in all necessary corporate and agency meetings for projects, programs, along with compiling and analyzing data trend analysis and quality improvement purposes.  
  • Presents findings from data analysis to agency management on a regular basis. 
  • Maintains full understanding and adherence to Aware’s Policies and Procedures   
  • Serves as support resource for direct care managers and teams to facilitate desired positive outcomes for individuals served.  
  • Serves as point of contact and responsible Agency operations leader for legal, quality, and compliance teams to help facilitate efficient and compliant daily operations of the quality assurance department, including but not limited to QA audits, internal and external incident reporting, and management processes.  
  • Manages all BD Associates and BD Managers assigned to region and in partnership with BD Leaders. 
  • Collaborates and partners with business development and admissions teams to assist with capacity planning and starts of care.  
  • Serves as agency point of contact and resource to clinical operations to assist with productivity and KPI measurements and outcomes.  
  • Leverages social media and other lead generation activities (industry events, webinars, social media) to drive awareness of ARC.  
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate a thorough understanding of ARC’s philosophy of a harm reduction treatment model, program specifics, admissions process, and criteria.  
  • Appreciation and respect for principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ability to engage with diverse audiences (age, gender, nationality, race/ethnicity, profession, etc.) 
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 

Skills & Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 
 
  • Advanced degree in healthcare administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.  Comparable work experience will also be considered in lieu of education requirements.    
  • Extensive experience (typically 4+ years) in healthcare operations, preferably with 2+ years experience in leadership role. 
  • At least 3 years experience in Addiction Treatment or Mental Health Field business development preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices. 
  • Proven leadership and team management experience. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Substance Use Disorder treatment and knowledge of various pathways to recovery preferred.  
  • Proficiency in working with the full suite of Microsoft software (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required).
