Aware Recovery Care (ARC) offers a holistic approach to treatment and changes the way clients receive care throughout the country. ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery. 

Position Summary:
The HRIS / Payroll Analyst works closely with Aware Recovery Care’s leadership, HR and Finance teams and performs a variety of tasks. The HRIS / Payroll Analyst oversees the HRIS database for Aware Recovery Care and supports the Payroll Manager with the upkeep and management of payroll.

This role is 100% remote
Some travel expected to the Corporate office about once to twice a year for all staff meetings and events.
Starting Salary Range for the role is $58K-$60K annually

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Administers, develops and researches the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Manages any system updates or changes in accordance with transfers and department updates
  • Ensures that data in the HRIS is accurately processed and maintained.
  • Perform system maintenance, configuration, and testing as needed for updates and/or changes.
  • Assist users with issues related to the HRIS and Timekeeping and Payroll platform.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system data and/or functional issues.
  • Provides guidance, training and information on system capabilities.
  • Configures the system to meet ongoing business needs and generate reports to support HR functions including compensation, compliance, performance management, payroll, and additional workforce analytics.
  • Responsible for multi-state payroll processing alongside the Payroll Manager.
  • Verifying working hours and pay rates to ensure accuracy in payroll.
  • Ensure timely processing of employee’s final paychecks in cases of termination.
  • Provide information and answer employee questions surrounding the HRIS and payroll related matters.
  • Assist with additional job related functions as assigned by the manager

Skills & Qualifications

Education:
  • BS/BA in Human Resources or relative field preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years progressive HR and/or Payroll experience.
  • Familiarity with UKG strongly preferred.
Computer Skills:
  • Proficient with computer software including G-Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software such as Paylocity.
  • Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing platforms preferred.
