Responsibilities
- Overseeing client care and supporting staff in treatment planning and crisis management
- Creating and implementing clinical protocols and procedures to increase quality of care and program efficiency
- Reviewing Weekend Screening and other Assessments (COVID, Columbia, etc) in the EHR system in order to focus care on acute clinical cases
- Creating and implementing staff development and monthly clinical staff trainings
- Providing as needed and scheduled individual clinical supervision for staff
- Leading weekly Case Review along with Medical Director
- Attending team meetings with CRAs and CCs for acute case planning
- Overseeing and managing IHWM and/or MATs program
Skills & Qualifications
- Holds a Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree or active Registered Nursing license and relevant clinical licensure (APRN, Psy.D, Ph.D, Psych PA)
- 5 years of experience in the addiction treatment field, preferable at various levels of care
- Unencumbered license to practice and DEA
- Displays strong and effective management as the leader of a field-based team
- Demonstrates flexibility in the face of environment and situation fluctuations
- Self-motivated to create new efficient and innovative clinical procedures and protocols as needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve and focus in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent computer skills including multiple virtual meeting platforms and EHR
