Aware Recovery Care (ARC) offers a holistic approach to treatment and changes the way clients receive care throughout the country. ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery. As the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communication at Aware Recovery Care, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and communicating stories of resilience, triumph, and transformation. Your strategic vision will be the guiding force behind our efforts to reach those seeking a path to recovery and to create a community that fosters understanding and empathy.

Position Highlights:
  • This role is Remote/ Hybrid but candidate must reside in one of the following states: CT, FL, GA, IN, KY, ME, MA, NH, OH, RI, VA, NJ, NY, AR, MN, PA, TX
  • Starting Salary Range for the role is $70-80K annually based on years of experience.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Storytelling:  
  • Develop and implement a storytelling strategy that captures the essence of our in-home addiction treatment approach. 
  • Craft narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, conveying the impact of recovery within the familiar embrace of home.
Brand Stewardship:
  • Oversee the evolution and preservation of our brand narrative, ensuring that it reflects the warmth, compassion, and innovation of Aware Recovery Care. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
Content Creation:
  • Create compelling content that shares the stories of individuals on their journey to recovery, emphasizing the unique aspects of our in-home approach. 
  • Spearhead the development of multimedia content, including videos, testimonials, and blog posts.
Digital Presence:
  • Lead digital communication strategies, leveraging social media, email, and online platforms to amplify our stories and engage with our community. 
  • Analyze data to measure the impact of our digital efforts and refine strategies for maximum reach and resonance. 
Corporate Communications:
  • Serve as the voice of Aware Recovery Care in external communications, including press releases, media engagements, and partnerships.
  •  Manage crisis communication strategies and ensure a consistent and compassionate response to challenges. 
Team Leadership:
  • Cultivate a culture within the marketing and communication team that is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact. 
  • Provide mentorship and support for team members to enhance their professional growth. 
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing and communication budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support our storytelling and outreach initiatives.


Skills & Qualifications

Position Qualifications:
  • BS/BA in Marketing or relative field required.
  • 4-5 years in a progressive communications or marketing role.
  • 2 years of management experience in a communications and or marketing role
  • Proficient with computer software including G-Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
