- Starting salary for this role is $55-$65K.

- Regular communication with internal and external vendors/stakeholders.
- Oversees and executes accounts payable processes.
- Monitors and reviews all major general ledger accounts for discrepancies and reconciles accordingly (bank, credit card, intercompany, etc) as part of month-end close procedures.
- Maintains fixed asset, lease, accrual, amortization, and allocation schedules as part of month-end close procedures.
- Oversees all bank account activity and maintains accurate cash flow reports.
- Prepare financial reports for analysis and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Performs administrative and clerical functions in support of the Finance Manager/ Director of Accounting.
- Performs additional, special duties as delegated by the Director of Accounting, VP of Finance, or CFO.
- Examine and research changes to tax policies and handle tax payments and returns.
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses).
- Analyze transactions, payments and returns with external stakeholders.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closures.
- Prepare fiscal documents for audits.
- Advise clients on financial issues via email or phone.
- Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Adapts to organizational change and departmental restructuring to fit the needs of our organization.

Skills & Qualifications
Education:- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a relevant accounting software such as Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online, NetSuite, etc is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related accounting experience is required.
- Possess a strong understanding of US GAAP, accounting systems, internal controls, financial reporting, and financial statements analysis.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient with computer software including G-Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Accounting software such as QuickBooks & NetSuite
- CPA Preferred
